Tasmania is famous for its natural environment, with fertile soils, lush pastures and
waters teeming with seafood. Tasmania is where superb food and wine come together in harmony.
Our Executive Chef Polle Triffett, Head Chef Shanaka Wijetunga and their team have
developed a culinary experience, bringing together the freshest local produce to provide you with an experience to remember. At Altitude, we feel it is important to support our community, which is why we endeavor to showcase seasonal and local produce.
We have designed Altitude’s drinks list to showcase some of Tasmania’s finest examples of cool climate wines. With wines from other regions, beer and spirits from Tasmania and abroad we feel anyone should be able to find a drink that they desire.
There is nothing quite like taking in a spectacular sunset with a glass of wine, overlooking magnificent Ralph’s Bay.
